1.2tr dong invested in B’Lao Charming urban area project

Dong Do Investment, Construction and Development Joint Stock Co, under ministry of national defence has lately started construction work on B’Lao Charming Urban Area in Loc Son Ward, Bao Loc City, Lam Dong province.

It is one of the largest construction projects to be carried out in Bao Loc City with estimated investment capital of 1.2 trillion dong.

The B’Lao Charming urban area project will be built in an area of over 80 hectares. The construction is divided into three phases with various construction units such as semidetached houses, villas, villas with garden, trade centres, hotel, golf courses, schools and health care centres, green parks.

The project was expected to be put into operation after two years of construction.
