$113m hotel project launched

Que Huong Liberty Joint Stock Co under SaigonTourist on November 29 at the same time started construction on a five star hotel named Pullman Saigon Centre, inaugurated four star hotel named Liberty Central and completed the foundation for Novotel Saigon Centre hotel.

The five start hotel-Pullman Saigon Centre located at No 148 Tran Hung Dao, in HCM City’s Dist 1 with a total investment of US$60 million is expected to be in operational by 2013.

The four start hotel-Liberty Central located at No 177-179 Le Thanh Ton, HCM City’s dist 1 has a total investment of US$15 million.

Another four-start hotel-Novotel Saigon Centre with a total investment of US$38 million is scheduled for the completion by 2012.
