150b dong to build pine forest enclosed resort

People’s Committee of the central highland province of Lam Dong has approved Lam Dong Water Supply Co to build a resort named Golden Valley (Thung Lung Vang) in a pine forest covering 170 hectare in Suoi Vang in Lac Duong district, some 12 kilometres from Da Lat city with total investment of 150 billion dong.
As designed, there will have some 20 villas and other entertainment areas in the resort. Especially, it is designed to build a garden for displaying sculpture named Cung Tinh of sculpturer Pham Van Hang and the late musician Trinh Cong Son.
