1tr dong to build villas in Ha Long

Tuan Chau Group Co has recently been licensed to invest in Caye Sereno coastal villa area with a total investment of about one trillion dong.

Covering an area of 3.3 hectares in the south west of Tuan Chau Island, Caye Sereno comprises 18 villas with American-Latin architectural style.

The project is a joint venture between Tuan Chau Group and Jen Capital (under Hong Kong-based Chiaphua Real Estate, Consumer and Industry Group).

Reportedly, Chiaphua Group has ever invested in office buildings such as Saigon Tower, Parkland Residences or Saigon Sports City.
