200 apartments of The Era Town project for sale at 15m dong/m2

Duc Khai Joint Stock Co is offering 200 apartments in The Era Town project at a price of over 15 million dong/m2.

The Era Town is located in district 7, Hochiminh city in an area of 108,000 square meters. It includes 3.036 apartments in nine blocks with 20-30 storeys and one eight-storey commercial centre.

This project located on the main road Nguyen Luong Bang of Phu My Hung urban area, 900m far from Phu My Hung administrative business centre which has convenient transportation linking District 1, District 4 and Nha Be District.

It is a model project allowed by Hochiminh city People’s Committee following the socialising investment policies which is partly used to generate funds for resettlement of the key projects and partly to be sold by investors to recover their capital.

Now, Duc Khai JSC is implementing all 10 blocks with the construction progress of 2-24 storeys.
