20m additional TRI-coded shares to be traded

Hochiminh Stock Exchange (STC) has announced that it would list extra 20 million TRI-coded shares of Tribeco Joint Stock Co (coded TRI) on the southern bourse.

These shares are being issued to the company’s strategic partners under the resolution of the company’s shareholders’ meeting in 2009.

With this volume of additional shares, the total volume of listed TRI-coded shares will be 27,548,360 units worth over 275 billion dong.

In Q2, TRI posted a loss of 15.429 billion dong and the Q1′s loss was 21.295 billion dong.

Therefore, in H1, TRI reported a total loss of 36.724 billion dong.
Ending the trading session on August 26, TRI-coded shares dropped 100 dong/share to 11,300 dong/share with 34,840 shares being changed hands.
