67.4b dong Housing Garden project started

The Housing Construction and Investment JSC and the Central Seeding JSC started the construction work for Housing Garden project in Dong Van 1 industrial zone, Ha Nam province yesterday.

The total site area was 12,852 square metres, with investment value of 67.4 billion dong. The construction work is expected to finish in 2.5 years.

The main work items include: a commercial centre of offices and apartments (1,323 square metres), apartments for lease (2,467 square metres), detached houses (3,240 square metres), a house for project management board (190 square metres), and a technical centre (250 square metres).

The investors committed to put the Centre into use in Q4 year 2011.
