94b dong to build wastewater treatment plant

HCM City People’s Committee has approved a project of building waste treatment factory in Tan Phu Trung industrial park in Tan Phu Trung commune in Cu Chi district of HCM City with total investment capital of over 94 billion dong.
Song Tan Joint-stock Co is assigned as main investor of the project, so it will build the factory in 2005 and complete in 2006. The project aims to carry out wastewater treatment for businesses polluting the environment in Thay Cai canal.
The plant will apply Holland Carrousel technology – an environment-friendly technology to deal with wastewater of plants in the IZ.
