97tr dong for construction in Thai Nguyen province

People’s Committee of the northern province of Thai Nguyen and SVA Finance Group have recently started work on “super” project to build Dan-Nui Coc Lake urban road and urban zones in the region with an estimated investment of up to 97 trillion dong.

Large two-lane Dan-Nui Coc Lake urban road with 13 km in length, 48m in width and modern design will be built under the BT (build-transfer) method.

There will be complex of real estate, tourism, school, hospital, sport area and entertainment area in the two roadsides,

Notably, surrounding the Nui Coc Lake with a total lake surface area of 25 km2 will be a high-class complex of tourism areas, entertainment, resort and golf course.
