ACB offers house loans at preferential rates

To support individual customers to purchase or repair houses, Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (ACB) has launched a preferential lending programme for customers of ACB and its real estate arm ACBRS.

Accordingly, the bank cut down the dong loan rate by 0.12 percent/year for the customers of ACBRS when borrowing at negotiated rates for house purchase and repairing and consumer purposes. Also, ACBRS will discount 5 percent of service charge for individual loan borrowers of ACB in fields of advertising, brokerage, property value appraisal and legislative procedures.

In order to join the preferential programme, customers must contact ACBRS to receive the customer certificate ticket. After that, the certificate must be enclosed with borrowing applications to ACB’s branches.

Previously, ACB cooperated with Holcim Cement Co to organise the festival day “Holcim helps build warm nest” in HCM City whereby customers will gain the best financial solutions for future. At festival, customers can view 100 nice housing and furniture deigns and borrows preferential loans at ACB. The programme is slated between October 17 and December 31, 2009. If borrowing loans in 12-24 months, the loan rate for the first month will be equal to the saving rate at ACB. If borrowing in 24-36 months, the preferential loan rates will be applied in first two months.

With this, individuals can borrow loans in dong or gold with the maximum borrowing limit of up to 100 million dong.
