Additional 347.6m VCB-coded shares to be officially traded on STC from Jun 27

Hochiminh Stock Exchange (STC) has recently announced to trade additional 347.6 million VCB-coded shares of Vietnam Commercial Joint Stock Bank for Foreign Trade (Vietcombank) on the southern bourse from June 27.

These shares have been listed on the southern bourse since January 17, 2012.

Currently, VCB has 2.317 billion shares in circulation, equivalent to 23.174 trillion dong of chartered capital. In May 2012, VCB also listed additional 1.787 billion VCB shares, equalling to 77.11 percent of the bank’s chartered capital, these shares are owned by the state shareholder.
