Additional new urban area to be constructed in Hanoi

Hanoi Department of Planning and Architecture co-ordinated with Tu Liem Dist People’s Committee and Viet Han Trading, Advertisement, Construction and Real Property Co Ltd to announce about the detailed construction plan for Castle Plaza with ratio of 1/500.

As planned, Castle Plaza will be sited in an area of 12.17 hectares at No 136 Ho Tung Mau St, Cau Dien Town, Tu Liem Dist, Hanoi.

The project included a high-rise apartment blocks to be located in an area of 5.5 hectares, the trade centre, office buildings and community services covers an area of 9,238 square metres, schools of 2.4 hectares and the rest 13,796 square metres for green parks, gardens and sport centres.

The investor expected to start construction works for this new urban area in Q4 of 2010 and finish in Q3 of 2013.
