Administrative fines against business registration infringements

Prime minister Phan Van Khai on April 10, 2003 issued Decree 37/2003/ND-CP regulating administrative fines to business registration.

The decree consisting of five chapters and 21 articles is applicable to individuals and organisations who commit administrative breaches on registration for business operation and establishment of branches or representative offices in accordance with the Enterprise Law, or Decree 02/2000/ND-CP issued February 3, 2000.

The punishment period stipulated in the decree is one year from the date of administrative violation. Administrative fines ranges from 100,000 dong to10 million dong.
