BMM Trading Co last week officially started offering the apartments in Xa La BMM Ha Dong residential quarter, Hanoi.
The project was built with 30 storeys high, of which the first four floors would be used for trade centres and public services. The rest storeys, from Floor 5 to 30 would be for apartments with areas ranging from 62 to 84 square metres. The construction was expected to be finished by late 2012.
The offering price would be from 16.5 million dong per square metre, VAT included.
The investor has already signed contract with Vietinbank for supporting customers in purchasing the apartments with lending period of up to 10 years. The purchasers can borrow capital from the bank up to 70 percent of the apartment value.
