ARG to hold AGM in September

Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank) Securities JSC (Agriseco – coded ARG) announced that August 21 is the last registered day to close shareholders list participating in its annual general meeting.

It is expected the AGM will take place in the middle of September.

In H1/2012, ARG reached 482 billion dong of revenue and 48 billion dong of profit after tax. Of which, bond trading is the main source for its stable business profit.

ARG has set up a plan with 130 billion dong of pre tax profit in 2012.
