August 6: Foreigners Net Buy Vietnamese Shares on STC, Sell on HNX
Foreigners continued to net buy Vietnamese shares on STC but extended selling on HNX, trading activities rose.
These players net bought VND0.42 billion worth of shares on STC after buying 1.7 million shares for VND45.93 billion and selling 1.58 million units for VND45.51 billion.
Today, foreigners’ top buying shares also included GAS (VND10.5 billion), VIC (VND8.4 billion), MBB(VND6.2 billion), and HBC (VND1.9 billion) and PGD (VND1.2 billion).
Foreigners’ top selling shares were BVH(-VND6.5billion), VNM(-VND3.4 billion), PVD(-VND2.9 billion), VCB(-VND2.3 billion) and DRC(-VND2.2 billion).
On the Hanoi Stock Exchange, foreigners net sold VND1.51 billion worth of shares after buying 0.3 million shares for VND4.07 billion and selling 0.32 million units for VND5.59 billion, accounting for 0.58 percent buying value and 0.8 percent selling value.
They actively bought PVS, DBC, VCG, LAS, SED while they actively offloaded PGS, THB, VND, KLS, SGD shares.
