Automation show opens in HCM City

An international exhibition of machine tools and automation opened to the public in HCM City on November 4, with some 160 businesses from 16 countries and territories taking part.
Manufacturers from the US, the UK, Switzerland, Germany, Singapore, South Korea, China and others are showcasing their products at 350 stalls in the machine Tool and Automation 2004.
Information booths are also available where deals can be negotiated with machinery and automation associations from Singapore, Germany, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
At seminars on Vietnam’s and the world’s automation industry, Vietnamese and foreign businesses discuss the technology and exchange experiences.
The International Enterprise of Singapore and members of Singapore’s machine Tool Club will arrange tours to industrial parks, such as Tan Tao in HCM City, Vietnam—Singapore in Binh Duong province and Bien Hoa I in Dong Nai Province.
Vinexad Saigon, the exhibition service consulting company Paper Communication and Hong Kong’s Yorkers Trade and marketing Service Co are the organisers of this year’s exhibition at the HCM City International Convention Centre at 446 Hoang Van Thu Street in Tan Binh District.
