Bank to trial automatic tax refunds

The HCM City Sub-department of Taxation has agreed with the A Chau Joint Stock Commercial Bank to carry out the quick tax refunding project for businesses with bank guarantees according to the HCM City Sub-department of Taxation.
Accordingly, for any businesses that have their transactions via this bank, if a business has already submitted its tax refund request to the authorised tax agency, the A Chau bank will issue guarantee(s) for 180 days.
The tax agency after considering the already submitted request that is eligible for tax refunds, will then decide to make any refunds for the business sender.
