Ben Thanh Corp reduces holding in HTC

Hoc Mon Trade JSC (coded HTC) has recently announced the trading results of its majority shareholder namely Ben Thanh Group (BTG) whereby BTG sold 110,000 shares of the total registered volume of 125,000 shares.

Transactions were made from July 11-18. HTC-coded share price fluctuated from 13,000 dong to 14,000 dong per share during this time. Therefore, BTG earned about 1.4-1.5 billion dong from this share divestment.

Before trading, BTG had 1.3 million HTC’s units, equalling to 25 percent of chattered capital.

After transactions, BTG’s holding fell to 1.2 million units, or 22.89 percent stake.

Ending the trading session on July 23, HTC-coded share closed at 14,200 dong/share.
