BHT: Explains Reviewed Net Profit Up 54pct YoY to 51m dong in H1/2012
Bach Dang TMC Construction Investment JSC (BHT) reported VND51.2 million reviewed net profit in the first half of 2012, up 54 percent on year. The firm said in its financial statement sent to HNX’s website.
The firm generated VND33.6 billion revenues in H1/2012, up 165 percent on year, the data showed.
Of note, the firm’s financial revenues fell to VND355 million in the first 6 months of this year from VND1.3 billion a year back while its financial expenses increased to VND3.14 billion in H1/2012 from VND904 million a year ago.
The firm’s management costs also were up to VND3.5 billion in H1/2012 from VND2.75 billion in H1/2011.
The firm had total VND227 billion assets by June 30, 2012, versus VND231.7 billion at January 1, 2012.
The firm’s EPS was VND12/share in H1/2012, lower than VND13/share a year ago.
The firm explained its net profit increase in period due to high revenues which were up 165 percent on year as the company focused on taking-over its projects.
