Bidv to lend 300b dong to STL

Song Da-Thang Long Joint Stock Co (coded STL) has recently reached an agreement with Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (Bidv) whereby Bidv will provide a loan to serve the completion of three buildings namely 101, 102 and 103 of CT1 block in U Silk City high-class apartment project complex.

Accordingly, Bidv will finance 300 billion dong at the maximum with the longest loan duration of 12 months for this completion progress.

U-Silk City project is located on expanded Le Van Luong Street, covering an area of 89,570 m2. Usilk City includes 13 high-rise apartment blocks. The project has been started since September 2008. In 2012, STL expects to complete three buildings 101, 102, 103 and completion of crude construction for building 108. For the remaining buildings, STL schedules for completion in 2014.
