The People’s Procuracy of Hanoi reported they returned a verdict of a life jail sentence to the leader of Vietnam’s biggest trafficking of 6,250 ecstasy pills from Cambodia to Vietnam including three provinces of Kien Giang, HCM City and Hai Phong on February 16.
The social squad arrested eight people involved trading and transport of thrill pills in the ring including Vu Manh Tam and his sister Vu Thi Le Quyen in Hai Phong.
Further investigating the case, police identified that a huge number of 3,200 thrill pills have been managed to bring into Vietnam so far.
During the court of inferior jurisdiction, many defendants refused their declarations in the police station which put jury in difficulties to deal with these criminals.
