* Vietnam Airlines has been selected as an official air carrier of the Vietnam International Travel Martscheduled for April 1-6 at Vietnam Exhibition Fair Centre, 148 Giang Vo Street, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi. At the event, the national flag carrier is expected to provide visitors with updates on its promotional products as well as policies and flights.

* Hanoi Transport Services Corp. puts into operation Hanoibus customer centre today to handle cstomers’ complaints and inquiries about its bus services. Customers can contact the centre at 32 Nguyen Cong Tru Street in Hanoi’s Hai Ba Trung District or call the hotline 043 843 6393.

* HMT Vietnam International Joint Stock Co. has been authorised to operate a display area for coaches and buses manufactured by Saigon Transportation Mechanical Corp. (Samco) in Danang City’s Thanh Khe Street. Covering an area of over 1,200 square meters, the Iapanese-standard facility is set for coming online in early June.

* Phuoc Thanh Construction Company has offered for sale apartments of the CBD Premium Home project at prices from 16.3 million dong per square metre. Located in the new urban area Thu Thiem in HCM City’s District 2, the CBD Premium Home will have its apartments handed over to customers in 2016.

* Viettronics Tan Binh has become the exclusive distributor of electronic products of Japan’s Pioneer in the Vietnamese market.

* Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial Bank yesterday launched its Sacombank Visa FIFA World Cup credit card and Sacombank FIFA World Cup pre-paid card, offering preferential policies to customers registering to use the new products.

* Maritime Commercial Bank has continued offering ATM transaction fee exemptions and reductions for M1 Account and M-Money cardholders.

* Le Phuoc Vu, chair of Hoa Sen Group (HSG), has offloaded 24 million HSG shares to reduce his holding from 44.5 percent to 19.6%.

* Ocean Group (OGC) has decided to contribute over 203 billion dong to establishment of Hanoi – Bac Giang BOT Investment Joint Stock Company to secure a 41 percent stake in the latter.

* Nam Viet Company (NAV) has announced April 7 as the ex-dividend date for shareholders to receive 2013 dividend in cash at 6%.

* BIDV Insurance Corporation (BIC) has issued 3.3 million employees stock ownership plan (ESOP) shares to 282 staffers, raising its total outstanding volume to 69.3 million shares.

* Fecon Mining Company (FCM) has announced April 8 as the ex-dividend date to pay 2013 dividend in cash for shareholders at 6%.

* Vietnam Education Publishing House Company has offloaded 450,000 shares of Hung Yen Book Publishing and Educational Equipment (HST), or a 30.2 percent stake in the latter.

* Post-Telecommunication Insurance Corporation (PTI) targets a pre-tax profit of 73 billion dong this year, up 3.1 percent year-on-year. Its revenue is aimed at 1.7 trillion dong, a 7.9 percent increase.

* Individual investor Nguyen Thi Hong Cue has bought 230,000 shares of Asia-Pacific Investment-Company (API) to raise her ownership from 5.5 percent to 6.4%.
