* Vietnam Securities Depository Centre (VSD) has lately announced the dividend payment schedule of A Dong Paint Joint Stock Co (UPCOM-listed ADP).
* Vietnam Securities Depository Centre (VSD) has released the dividend payment schedule of Ha Giang Mechanical and Mineral Joint Stock Co (coded HGM).
* Sacombank Securities Joint Stock Co (coded SBS) has lately released the business results for Q1 of 2012. Accordingly, the company’s Q1 revenue was posted at 2.2 billion dong, down 99.3 percent against the same period last year, of which brokerage revenue was estimated at 8 billion dong, revenue from self-trading activities of negative 13 billion dong and other revenue of 6.8 billion dong.
* Ban Viet Securities Joint Stock Co (VCSC) has released its annual business report in 2011 with total revenue of over 463.7 billion dong, rising 20.8 percent from 2010.

* The management board of Dat Xanh Construction and Real Estate Services Joint Stock Co (coded DXG) has released the 2012 business plan with targeted pre-tax profit of 70 billion dong, doubling against the previous year.
* Nguyen Thi Lan, chair of management board in PetroVietnam Gas Corp (PVGas) announced that in 2012, the company plans to make investment in 49 projects with total investment capital of 7.69 trillion dong, including large projects such as South Con Son 2 Gas Plant, Ca Mau Gas Plant, LNG plant and LNG depot in Binh Thuan province.
* Vietnam Maritime Department yesterday revealed that the bidding package No 6, under section A of the Lach Huyen International Port in Hai Phong city would be started in early October 2012.

* The US-based luxury real estate brokerage agency Sotheby’s International Realty on Tuesday opened an office in the central city of Da Nang which is the firm’s second office in Vietnam.
* Japan’s Nipro Pharma Corporation has been licensed to develop a plant producing pharmaceutical products in an area of 150,000 square meters in VSIP Hai Phong Township and Industrial Park Complex, Hai Phong City. The project, worth $250 million, will start in August and go into trial operation in March, 2014.
* Benkan Vietnam has received an investment license to build a plant producing stainless-steel and copper pipes in Thuan Dao Industrial Park, Long An Province. The plant can produce 800,000 tonnes of products annually.
* Textbook Printing Company in HCM City (SAP) targets to obtain 13 billion dong in revenue and 1.7 billion dong in pre-tax profit in 2012.
* Vietnam Commercial Joint Stock Bank of Industry and Trade (VietinBank-CTG) has reported its business results for the first quarter of 2012 with net interest income growth of 2.89 percent over the same period last year to reach more than 4.25 trillion dong.
* Dai A (Great Asia) Commercial Joint Stock Bank (DaiABank) on April 19 organised its annual general meeting (AGM) 2012 whereby the bank reported gaining pre tax profit of 500.8 billion dong in 2011, growing 300 percent from 2010 and fulfilling 100 percent of the year’s target with dividend payout at 10 percent.
* BIDV Insurance Corp obtained over 254 billion dong in revenue and 30.3 billion dong in pre- tax profit in the first three months of this year.
* HCM City Development Bank has cut lending rates by up to two percentage points per annum for individual customers.
