* Thanh Vu Tay Ninh Company has registered to sell seven million shares in Bamboo Capital Company (BCG) to reduce its ownership from 11.9 percent to 5.4 percent in nearly one month starting from December 2.

* Thac Ba Hydropower Company (TBC) will spend more than VND63.5 billion paying a provisional dividend ofVND 1,000 per share for 2016 on the record date of December 15. The company will make payments on December 30. In the first nine months of this year, the enterprise saw its revenue increasing 16 percent from a year earlier to VND222.3 billion and its net profit leaping 25 percent to VND115.7 billion.

* Japan’s Daiwa Securities Group Inc. has registered to buy 11 million shares of Saigon Securities Inc. (SSI) to increase its holding to 85.6 million shares (17.8 percent) in one month starting from December 2.

* Truong Dinh Xuan, chair of mining firm An Truong An Company (ATG), has registered to acquire one million ATG shares to revise up his stake by 6.6 percentage points to 22.7 percent from December 1 to 28.

* Information technology and services provider CMC Corporation (CMG) said on its website that its revenue may reach VND1.16 trillion in the third quarter of the fiscal year starting April 1, 2016 and its pre-tax profit may amount to VND59 billion.

* An Quy Hung Company has registered to sell its entire stake of nearly 3.1 million shares (30.9 percent) in Vimeco Company (VMC), which is active in the construction and real estate sector, between December 1 and 28.

* TNG Investment and Trading Company (TNG) has issued 4.4 million shares to pay a dividend for shareholders, raising its total outstanding volume to 34.06 million shares. The new shares were tradable on November 30.

* Nguyen The Loi, a board member of Song Da Urban Investment Construction & Development Company (SDU), will offload all his stake of 200,000 SDU shares (1  percent) in one month starting from December 1.

* PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation (PVS) has announced December 6 as the ex-dividend date to pay a 2016 first round dividend in cash for shareholders at 5 percent. Payments are due on December 29.

* Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PVN) on Thursday announced their discovery of a new oil reservoir while conducting test drills on Bach Ho – 47 exploration well off Vietnam’s coast the day before. The reservoir’s oil and gas flows are calculated at 610 and 110,000 cubic meters per day, respectively.
