* Military Commercial Bank (MBB) said it would pay a 2015 first round dividend in cash for shareholders at 5 percent on the record date of February 24. Payments will be made on March 8.

* Tien Len Steel Corporation Company (TLH) said in a financial report that its revenue rose over 12 percent year-on-year to VND4.04 trillion in 2015 and its net profit amounted to VND459 billion, compared to losses of VND 173 billion in 2015. TLH’s inventory soared 82 percent from the end of 2015 to VND1.39 trillion by end-2015, Viet Capital Securities Company reports.

* EI.T Group Company (FIT) has issued 31.18 million shares via a private placement, sending its total outstanding volume rising to 254.7 million shares. The new shares will be tradable on January 10, 2018.

* Phan Thanh Dien, a board member of ThIen Viet Securities Company (TVS), will be selling 500,000 TVS shares to cut his ownership to some 933,600 shares (1.75 percent) over one month starting from February 16.

* Saigon Thuong Tin Real Estate Company (SCR) said its total outstanding volume has risen to 227.9 million shares following an issue of 10.8 million shares to increase its equity. The new shares will be available for trading on February 15.

* Benovas Pharmaceutical Company (DCL) looks to obtain revenue of VND914 billion and after- tax profit ofVND96 billion this year. In 2016, the enterprise earned VND738 billion in revenue, up 10 percent from a year earlier, and VND90 billion in after-tax profit, a 46 percent pickup.

* Tran Tuan Anh, chair of Construction Company (MST), will offload 1.5 million MST shares to cut his holding from 11.6 percent to 3.27 percent in one month starting from February 16.

* Transimex Corporation has registered to buy 370,000 shares of Vinafreight Company (VNF) to revise up its ownership by 6.6 percentage points to 51.1 percent between February is and March 14.

* Luu Huy Ha, chair of transport firm Hoang Ha (HHG), has registered to acquire 500,000 HHG shares to increase his stake to 2.1 million shares (7.3 percent) over one month starting from February l3.
