* Standard Chartered Bank (Vietnam) has inked a one-year cooperation agreement with the HCM City Association of Women Entrepreneurs (HAWEE) to support businesswomen in the city. HAWEE member firms can take out loans with interest rates ranging from 6.5 percent to 8 percent in the first one or two years and the term may reach 25 years. The bank also gives a number of incentives to these customers.

* Innovative Technology Development Corporation (ITD) will issue 766,170 shares under an employee share ownership plan (ESOP) some time between October 4 and 27. The shares are not transferable within two years after the issuance date.

* Vinalink Logistics Company (VNL) has chosen October 13 as the ex-dividend date to pay the 2016 first round dividend of 7 percent in cash for shareholders. Payments will be made on October 28.

* Animal feed producer Dabaco Group (DBC) said it earned VND6.45 trillion in revenue in the first nine months of this year, 76 percent of the full-year target, and VND391 billion in net profit, exceeding the target by 34 percent.,

* Truong Khac Hoanh, deputy general director of Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Company (Cll), has registered to sell 181,800 Cll shares to cut his ownership to 25,000 shares over one month starting from October 6.

* Transimex Company will offload 837,190 shares in Hai An Transport & Stevedoring Company (HAH) to reduce its stake to 4.49 million shares (19.6 percent) between October 6 and November 4.

* Mining firm Hoa An (DHA) said it would pay the 2016 first round dividend of 10 percent in cash for shareholders on October 17, the record date. Payments are slated for October 31.

* Realty developer Ha Do Group Company (HDG) has issued 6.9 million shares to pay a dividend for shareholders, sending its total outstanding volume rising to 75.9 million shares. The new shares will be tradable on October 10.

* NHP Production Import – Export Company (NHP), a manufacturer of plastic and rubber products, has issued 10.12 million shares to sell to investors, raising its total outstanding volume-to 27.57 million shares. The new shares will be available for trading on October 6.

* Vietnam Airlines has rescheduled flights VN422/423 between Hanoi and Busan in South Korea and flights VN426/427 on the HCM City-Busan route due to Typhoon Chaba. The departure times of HCM City-Busan and Hanoi-Busan flights have been respectively changed to 12:15 p.m. and 1:15 p.m. on October 5 instead of late on October 4 and early on October 5.

* Vinamilk, Vietnam’s largest dairy company, has recently launched its ecommerce website to sell its products online.
