C.T Group acquires Thien Loc

C.T Group has taken over Thien Loc Investment and Trading Co. Ltd, becoming the new owner of an apartment project under way on Pham Van Chieu Street in HCM City’s Go Vap District.

After the acquisition, C.T Group will continue to develop three apartment blocks of 18 floors into two projects, Sun View 3 with 300 units having an area of 45-81 square meters each and BeeHome 2 with 256 units for young families. The projects are scheduled for completion in next year’s third quarter.

This acquisition is the second by C.T Group this year. The firm in March announced to spend around $24 million buying a 85 percent stake of GS Cu Chi Development Co. under South Korea’s GS Engineering & Construction Corp. and became the new investor of the 36-hole C.T Sphinx Golf Club & Residence in the outlying district of Cu Chi.
