CHP registers for offering 20m shares on stock market

The UPCoM-listed Central Region Hydropower Joint Stock Co (coded CHP) has recently submitted the application profile for offering 19,652,810 shares on the stock market.

Accordingly, the company will issue 9,826,405 shares to offer for Southern Power Corp amd 9,826,405 shares for Central Region Power Corp at price of 10,000 dong per share.

CHP has currently carried out investment project of A Luoi Hydropower Plant, making survey for investment projects of Son Ha and DakDring hydropower plants. As scheduled, A Luoi hydropower plant was supposed to start operation by the end of this year.

In 2011, CHP continued making investment of 1.22 trillion dong for A Luoi hydropower plant project and 540 million dong for DakDring 2 project. At present, the company has current chartered capital of 1.2 trillion dong.
