Southern bourse-listed HCM City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Co (CII) has recently announced to fix the foreign holding at 40.37 percent stake to ensure the 49 percent ratio after the company’s international bonds to be converted into shares.
CII also announced its combined profit in Q3 decreased 55 percent against the same period last year.
Particularly, CII gained 42 billion dong of net revenue, falling 29 percent year-on-year, bringing the total figure in Jan-Sep to 147 billion dong, decreasing 1 percent y-o-y.
The company’s profit after tax was 43.7 billion dong, down 55 percent y-o-y.
Totally in Jan-Sep, CII’s net profit was nearly 337 billion dong, up 55 percent y-o-y and achieving 75 percent of the year’s target.
