Coal producer reports gaining Jan-April revenue of 700b dong

Nui Beo Coal Joint Stock Co (coded NBC) has recently announced to reach total production output in the first four months of 2,015 tonnes of coal, bringing in total revenue of over 700 billion dong.

In the first quarter of this year, NBC’s net revenue from sales and services was posted at 498.63 billion dong, declining by 10 percent year-on-year, while combined profit of 83.4 billion dong, up 62 percent.

Due to high sales cost, NBC posted gaining after tax profit of 14.31 billion dong, down 37.37 percent against the same period last year.

In 2011, NBC set targets to reach total revenue of 2.01 trillion dong, after tax profit of 57.7 billion dong and dividend payment of 15 percent.
