COM: PV Oil to Buy 337,400 Shares

PetroVietnam Oil Joint Stock Corporation (PV Oil), whose member of Board of directors is Vo Tan Phong, a member of the Board of directors of Materials – Petroleum JSC. (COM), registered to buy 337,400 COM shares from July 19 to August 18.

PetroVietnam Oil Joint Stock Corporation (PV Oil), whose member of Board of directors is Vo Tan Phong, a member of the Board of directors of Materials – Petroleum JSC. (COM), registered to buy 337,400 COM shares from July 19 to August 18 to restructure portfolios via order-matching and put-through.

After the share purchase, PV Oil is expected to hold 4.8 million COM shares or 33.99 percent compared to its current holding of 4,462,600 shares or 31.6 percent stake.
