Common land use certificate for kinds of land

After November 1, 2004, the Minister of Resources and Environment issued Decision 24/2004/QD-BTNMT regulating the form and how to write the new certificate of land use right. Accordingly, the common certificate of land use right will be applied to all kinds of land nationwide.
