Company labour rules registered with Molisa

In case a business employs less than 10 workers, when issuing labour regulations in written form, the business is not required to make registration at the labour department. Official Letter 4291/LDTBXH-LDVL dated December 9, 2004 by the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs promulgates that even when the labour union has not been established, the business employing 10 workers or more is required to make registration for labour regulations.
