The Ministry of Culture and Information and the General Department of Customs on October 16 issued a joint circular providing guidance on the implementation of copyright protection of import and export goods at customs authorities.

The circular provides in detail entities subject to requirement of copyright protection at customs authorities, procedures for the protection, and support measures for the realisation of the right.

The circular takes effect after 15 days from the date it is published in the Government Gazette.
