Criminal penalties applicable against illegal invoices trading

Under Official Letter 1414 TCT/PCCS dated May 12, 2005 of the General Department of Taxation, businesses will be criminally penalised if they have acts of trading, using kinds of illegal invoices such as invoices of businesses that were informed to flee, invoices were lost, but not informed to tax agencies and such like.
