CTB sets 2011 dividend payment at 20pct

Nguyen Dinh Thieu, chair of management board of Hai Duong Pump Manufacturing Joint Stock Co (coded CTB) announced lately that the company reached 120 billion dong in revenue and 9.5 billion dong of pre-tax profit in 2010.

CTB planned to pay 2010 dividend at ratio of 25 percent.

In 2011, the company aimed to obtain whole year revenue of 150 billion dong, profit of 9.5 billion dong and dividend payment at 20 percent.

Thieu added that the company will focus on producing high quality pumps via making investment on upgrading the machines and equipment. In order to raise capital for realising the projects, CTB planned tpo issue 1.3 million shares to existing shareholders.
