CTI to pay 10pct cash dividend

Cuong Thuan IDICO Development and Investment Joint Stock Co (coded CTI) has recently announced about its dividend payout plan in cash for 2011 whereby the company will pay 10 percent dividend in cash, equalling to 1,000 dong per share.

The company will earmark 15 billion dong for the dividend payment.

Accordingly, the ex-interest date will be on July 17 and the payment date is scheduled from August 9.

In 2011, CTI gained 7.7 billion dong profit and retained profit from 2010 was 8.66 billion dong.

Thus, the company’s retained profit till the end of 2011 was 16.3 billion dong.

This year, CTI expects to gain after tax profit of 24 billion dong and dividend payment at 10%.
