CTS: Announces 2012 AGM Resolution

VietinBank Securities Company (CTS) announces the resolution of 2012 annual general meeting (AGM) with the following contents:

The company targets a net profit of VND77 billion on revenue of VND249.3 billion and a dividend payout at VND800/share in 2012.

The firm reported VND64 billion audited net profit on VND247.8 billion revenue and a dividend payout at VND600/share in 2011.
