Customs to reassess all cases of tax arrears

Under Official Letter 4898/KTTT issued by the General Department of Customs, the department will overhaul reassess all cases of uncollected tax arrears and fines on tax related violations from January 1, 1999 to date.

Accordingly, customs authorities will make statistics of each company and according to registered number of customs declarations and items that are subject to collection of tax arrears.
