Hanoi Securities Trading Centre (HaSTC) recently announced that 724,478 extra ordinary shares at 10,000 dong par, worth nearly 7.245 billion dong of Dai Chau Joint Stock Co (coded DCS) will be officially listed and traded on the northern bourse from October 29.
The company is to pay 11.24% dividend in shares to the existing shareholders. In addition, the company would retail 500,000 shares to the strategic shareholders priced at 12,500 dong per share.
In the second quarter of the year, DCS reached 9.306 billion dong in net revenue from sales and services, up 54.44% as against the previous quarter, and 723.758 million dong in after tax profit, rising 4.15% from first quarter, bringing the total figures during the first half to 15.332 billion dong and 1.419 billion dong, respectively and the EPS of 709 dong.
This year, DCS targets to earn 50 billion dong in revenue, eight billion dong in after tax profit and a dividend of 1,200 dong per share.
Ending the trading session on October 23, DCS-coded shares were down 500 dong ordinary shares at 10,000 dong par 5.38% from last session to 8,800 dong per share with 24,100 shares being transferred.
