Decree draft on foreign employees

The government instructed the Ministry of Labour, Invalid and Social Affairs and relevant agencies to carry out a decree draft on operation of companies operating in fields of supplying foreign employees in Vietnam, according to proposal of ministries of justice, foreign affairs and police.

The decree that could be submitted to the government by the third quarter of 2007, will replace the Decree No 105/2003/ND-CP dated September 17, 2003 and Decree No 93/2005/ND-CP dated July 13, 2005.
