DIC to list additional 1.446m shares from August 9

Hochiminh Stock Exchange (STC) has recently allowed DIC Investment and Trading Joint Stock Co (coded DIC) to list additional shares on the southern bourse.

Accordingly, DIC will list more 1.446 million shares worth 14.46 billion dong on the southern bourse from August 9.

These shares were issued to pay dividend in shares at the ratio of 10:1 (shareholders holding 10 old shares will receive one new share).

In the first six months of this year, DIC gained more than 100 billion dong pre tax profit.
