DNP: Announces 2012 AGM Resolution

Dong Nai Plastic JSC. (DNP) announced its 2012 annual general meeting of shareholders (AGM) resolution with following contents:

1. Passing 2011 audited financial statements, 2011 reports of Board of directors (BOD) and Board of Supervisors (BOS).

2. The firm made VND12.52 billion net profit on VND356.53 billion revenues, earning per share (EPS)at VND3.602/share and share dividend payment of16 percent charter capital in 2011.

3. The firm targets VND6.8 billion net profit on VND320 billion revenues and dividend payment of 10 percent charter capital in 2012.

4. Authorising BOD to select 2012 auditing firm.

5. Approving BOD, BOS for 2012-2012 term.
