Docimexco increases chartered capital to 132b dong

Docimexco Joint Stock Co has announced that the company’s management board has approved to increase Docimexco’s registered capital from 88.7 billion dong to 132 billion dong.

In details, the company will allocate 3.548 million bonus shares to its existing shareholders at the ratio of 10:4. The deadline to close the list of shareholders will be Sep 30. The implementation period will be from October 1-15.

In addition, the company will issue additional 782,000 shares for its strategic partners at a par value of 10,000 dong per share.
Docimexco revealed that the purpose of this share-issuing period was to supplement the working capital for the company and to meet the demands for its business and production activities.

Docimexco JSC was established in July 2007 as the result of capitalisation process of Dong Thap Import Export Commerce Co. The company had its head office located in Cao Lanh City, Dong Thap province.
