Donatraco plans to list shares on northern bourse in 2011

Dong Nai Production and Trading Services Joint Stock Co (Donatraco) has recently approved for registering to list shares on the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) under share code of DPT. Accordingly, the company, with chartered capital of 40 billion dong, has registered for listing 4 million shares on the northern floor in 2011.

This year, the company’s shareholders have approved the business plan with targeted net revenue of 242 billion dong, pre-tax profit of 8 billion dong and dividend payment at 12 percent.

According to the 2010 audited financial reports, Donatraco posted gaining total revenue of 227.72 billion dong, pre-tax profit of 7.2 billion dong. The company paid 2010 dividend at 11 percent.
