Doosan Vina ships heat generators

Doosan Vina Heavy Industry Company exported its first heat recovery steam generator (HRSG) to India yesterday.

The generator, which was produced by Doosan Vina’s HRSG Business Unit in central Quang Ngai Province’s Dung Quat economic zone, will be installed at the DGEN thermoelectric plant in Gujarat State.

Once installed, the 4.500-tonne 35-metre high generator will be able to capture wasted energy and increasing the plant’s power output by 30 per cent.
