DQC: February 27 as Ex-date for 2011 AGM, Cash Dividend Payment
Dien Quang Lamp JSC. (DQC) announced February 27 as ex-date and February 29 as record date for its 2011 Annual general Meeting (AGM) and second cash dividend payment.
The firm will hold the AGM on March 21 at 5th floor, Majestic Hotel, No. 1 Dong Khoi, district 1, Ho Chi Minh city.
The company will make dividend payment at VND500/share on April 19, 2012.
