EAB to pay 9% dividend and offer bonus shares

Eastern Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (EAB) recently announced that it would close the list of shareholders on December 25 to issue bonus shares for the second phase of 2008 and pay 9% dividend for the fourth phase of 2008 (shareholder holding one share will receive 900 dong).

Particularly, the bank would offer 104 million bonus shares at the face value of 10,000 dong per share with the total value of 1.04 trillion dong to all existing shareholders of the bank.

EAB would pay dividend on December 27.
