EMS becomes cigarette smuggling route

Economic police of Tan Binh district of HCM City seized 3,000 illegally shipped cartons of the 555 and Rothmans cigarette brands that were delivered from Hai Phong to HCM City by the Express Message Service (EMS).

Police says that is the large network of illegal cigarette trafficking and investigations are continuing.
